After breakfast visit of Cochin, the most cosmopolitan and varied city of South India due to its history: the Dutch Palace in Mattancherry, the synagogue with the Jewish quarter, the church of San Francesco which preserves the tombstone of Vasco de Gama, the Chinese nets. After breakfast, transfer to Periyar (Thekkady). Along the journey you will enter the cardamon hills (the spice hill). In the evening, arrival at the village of Kumly, excellent for shopping for Indian handicrafts and spices. Overnight stay.<\/p>\n

Breakfast at the hotel and visit to the Periyar park. In the early evening, boat excursion on the homonymous lake (good chances of seeing wildlife, especially birds but also elephants). Overnight stay.<\/p>\n
