Giriraj Dharan Mandir (Dausa)

Giriraj Dharan Mandir is a Hindu temple located in the Dausa district of Rajasthan, India. It is dedicated to Lord Krishna and is considered to be a very important pilgrimage site for devotees of Lord Krishna.

The temple is situated on top of a hill, which is known as Giriraj Parvat. According to Hindu mythology, Lord Krishna used to perform his Rasleela (a dance performed by Lord Krishna with his devotees) on this hill. It is also believed that the temple was established by the great sage Vishwamitra.

The temple attracts a large number of devotees throughout the year, especially during the festival of Govardhan Puja. The temple complex has several other smaller temples dedicated to various Hindu deities, such as Lord Shiva, Hanuman, and Ganesha.

Visitors to the temple are advised to dress conservatively and remove their shoes before entering the temple complex. The best time to visit the temple is during the months of October to March, when the weather is pleasant and conducive to outdoor activities.
